West Coast transplant from Arizona. Served in the Marine Corps as an Arabic linguist with multiple combat deployments to the Middle East to include Iraq. Holds an Associate of Arts in Arabic, Bachelors of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Conflict Management and Resolution with a concentration in International Affairs. Joined the post for cheap beer, but found something much more valuable, cheap beer and tacos! Currently works aboard Camp Lejeune at the Naval Hospital. Married with one child, enjoys football (trash talk is mandatory) and volleyball. Hobbies include hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Lifetime member of the VFW.
